By - - [General ]

Barley a week after an auto crash killed four persons in Bwari, two persons were yesterday confirmed dead, while two others sustained various degrees of injuries in an auto crash that took place at Zuba, in Gwagwalada area council.

An eyewitness, who confirmed the incident, said the auto crash, which involved a 911 lorry, was caused by brake failure and hooked steering.

LEADERSHIP gathered that the accident, which occurred closed to the FCT High Court in Zuba, opposite central Mosque, near the fruit market, claimed the lives of a motorcyclist and a 15-year-old girl, who was said to be helping her mother to roast and sell corn opposite the high court area.

A police officer who did not want his name mentioned confirmed the incident and noted that the bodies have been deposited in a mortuary, while the driver of the vehicle has been arrested by the police.
